『재난 시 정신건강 및 심리·사회적 지원: 캠프 조정 및 캠프 관리 관계자가 알아야 할 사항은 무엇인가?』는 재난 및 위기 상황에 직면한 국가에서 활동하는 국가 및 하위 국가 수준의 캠프 조정 및 캠프 관리(Camp Coordination and Camp Management, CCCM) 클러스터의 인도적 지원 관계자를 위해 집필되었다. 특히, 캠프 매니저와 현장 직원을 대상으로 하며, CCCM 클러스터가 아직 활성화되지 않은 곳에서 활동하는 캠프 관리 기관과도 관련이 있다. 본 문서는 『재난 시 정신건강 및 심리·사회적 지원에 대한 가이드라인 (IASC, 2007)』에 근거하여, CCCM 클러스터/부문 내의 인도적 지원 관계자들이 인도적 비상사태 및 재난시 정신건강 및 심리·사회적 지원(MHPSS)에 대해 숙지해야 할 필수 지식에 대한 개요를 제공한다. 

This document is for humanitarian actors within the Camp Coordination and Camp Management (CCCM) cluster, at national and sub-national levels, in countries facing emergencies and crises. It is addressed to managers, and field staff, and also relevant to camp management agencies working in situations where the CCCM Cluster has not been activated. Based on the Guidelines on Mental Health and Psychosocial Support in Emergency Settings (IASC, 2007), this document provides an overview of essential knowledge that humanitarian actors within the CCCM cluster/sector should have about mental health and psyschosocial support (MHPSS) in humanitarian emergencies. Relevant agencies should ensure that their staff in particular camp managers, is oriented on this document, as applicable.
